Accordingly, your campaign execution process should be repeatable, efficient, and predictable. But nailing down the process can be challenging. This worksheet will walk you through it! Create a Template Library Templates protect your brand and keep things simple for your users, saving time and hassle. Design multiple templates that vary slightly, so every email or landing page looks unique but includes consistent elements that distinguish your brand. Templates should fit common email and landing page types, such as "Register," "Save the Date," "Click to Download," or "Follow-up." Get templates pre-approved by key stakeholders before adding them to your library. Define Roles Decide who is responsible for the different activities in the campaign development and execution process to ensure projects are completed in a timely, accurate manner. Who will accept requests and create tickets? Who will build the emails and landing pages? Who provides content? Who are your approvers (choose one or two)? Who will perform QA?
