PHASE 2: IMPLEMENTATION
Once the Discovery phase is complete, Implementation begins. DemandGen will:
• List data elements required to produce key measurements
• Identify systems that contain the target data and map how the data flows from
system to system
• Create a data blueprint listing for how each metric is calculated, referencing the
system and data elements, their sources and owners
• Develop a Dashboard wireframe
• Assess the data and evaluate its completeness, currency, consistency and
correctness
• Provide recommendations for moving forward if key data is missing

• Dashboard requirements and wireframe, which becomes an Excel workbook,
delivered at scheduled intervals (or hand-off to in-house team)
