This included integrated campaigns with multi channels, adding a click-to- call feature, and expanding on the existing mix of campaigns to include dimensional mail via PFL, social media and programs. DemandGen held a content strategy workshop during which the two teams worked together to build out persona-focused, personalized content across the entire customer lifecycle. As part of the service, DemandGen provided campaign design, email and landing page creation, segmentation, testing and KPI reporting optimization. Next, DemandGen rebuilt Global Atlantic's existing Lead Scoring model and Lead Management framework for prospects and producers, eliminating inefficient workflows and workarounds that had been used to circumvent Pardot's limitations. DemandGen also laid the foundation for expanding firm-based marketing and assisted with sales enablement by implementing several new features: An intuitive internal reporting dashboard, new targeting capabilities, and Salesforce Chatter alerts to highlight key activities for Sales.
